What identification will I need to provide in order to withdraw?

From time to time we may ask for ID to verify your account. The following information must be posted or emailed to our customer support team (a) photocopy of your passport or drivers licence (b) photocopy of both sides of the credit/debit card currently registered to your account (c) photocopy of a bank statement or utility bill that shows your name and address.
