Some email providers wrongly identify our support and confirmation emails as spam. Ensure you check your bulk/spam folder on a regular basis.

You should also add to your address book to ensure that our emails reach you.

AOL often wrongly block our emails. If you have an AOL email account we recommend using a free email account, such as Yahoo or Hotmail, when you register with us.
